Glenn Bonner

Glenn Bonner was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of MGM MIRAGE from 1997 to 2006. He has more than 25 years of experience in management and business technology. Bonner lead MGM MIRAGE's corporate Management Information Systems group, which encompasses all MGM MIRAGE technology and systems, supporting over 70,000 employees in 24 locations.

As CIO, he was responsible for alignment and execution of the information technology function with the company’s longer-term business strategy. Under Bonner’s leadership, MGM MIRAGE has gained industry-wide recognition for their technology achievements and innovations. CIO Magazine recognized Bonner as one of the top 100 Chief Information Officers in 1999. MGM Mirage was also ranked as high as 68th by Information Week Magazine in the “Information Week 500” annual ranking of IS organizations in America.

Before his appointment as the company's first CIO, Bonner led the hospitality industry consulting initiative for Microsoft Corporation. As the Managing Consultant, Bonner headed up the development of Hilton Hotels’ “System 21”, the core technology used to manage the guest experience at Hilton Hotels worldwide. Previously, Bonner was employed at Intergraph Corporation as a product manager where he was responsible for all computer-aided manufacturing applications.

Bonner is the Chairman of the UNLV MIS Department Executive Advisory Board, a board member of Auburn University's College of Business Advisory Board and a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Hotel Technology Next Generation organization. He holds both MCSD and MCP certifications from Microsoft.

Dan Cheadle

Dan Cheadle worked at Lockheed Missiles and Space in Sunnyvale Ca, for 16 months working on the design of microwave satellite antennas from 1997 to 1998. He redesigned a 1.7 to 2.3 GHz space antenna used by the military during the cold war.

He left Lockheed in 1998 and joined Relcom, a small company that was a spin-off of the original Hewlett Packard instrument company. He worked on the design and development of high dynamic range frequency mixing products called mixers. He produced the highest dynamic range mixer available for that time period. In 1999 Relcom was sold to Watkins Johnson Co in Palo Alto, CA.

He created a new product line within Watkins Johnson Co called Cascadable Amplifiers covering frequency ranges from 5-3000 MHz using thin film metallization techniques. He was promoted to Department Manager in 1980 after his product line had grown to about $10M in annual sales from in inception in 1973. He was the chief designer for over 90% of the product line.

He joined Pacific Monolithics, a startup company, in 1985 as Manager of RF component design. There he worked on the development of microwave Gallium Arsenide monolithic microwave integrated circuits and produced a 300 to 6000 MHz feedback amplifier chip.

He founded Cougar Components Corporation in 1987 and held the position of President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board for 18 years. He built up a new set of products that were more advanced with higher performance on many of the models that he had created for Watkins Johnson Co. The applications included Military receivers and transmitters, electronic warfare systems, satellites, radar, missile guidance, communication radios and test equipment.

In June of 2005 he sold Cougar to Teledyne Technologies after reaching annual sales of over $18M. The customer market for Cougar Components included Lockheed Martin, Boeing Space, Northup Grumman, Harris, BAE Systems, Raytheon, Rockwell Collins and L3 communications to name some of the larger companies and 200 to 300 smaller customers as well as many overseas companies including: Saab Space, Comdev, Marconi, Astrium and Mitsubishi.

Dan is presently the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for the Teledyne Cougar business unit of Teledyne Technologies, Inc.

He has a BSEE and MSEE from San Jose State University. He has published several papers related to the RF and Microwave products including work on frequency mixing devices.

Leo H. Falkensammer

Leo H. Falkensammer is vice president and general manager of TripRes.com, one of the largest travel related ecommerce companies in the United States. Leo has been actively involved in the travel industry for over 18 years. He worked side-by-side with his parents, Kathy & Leo and sister Ellen in building Prestige Travel & Cruises/American Express from a two-person office into the largest brick-and-mortar agency in Nevada.

A year after graduating from UNLV with a degree in Business Administration, Leo planned and instituted TripReservations.com, the internet division of Prestige Travel Inc. with a staff of three agents in a 15 foot by 8 foot office. Under Leo’s leadership, Tripres.com has grown to more than $70 million in annual sales, more than 90 employees and serves almost every major tourist destination in the country. They have garnered numerous travel trade awards for their leadership and productivity. In the summer of 2002, a second 16,000 square foot building was added to Prestige Executive Center to house the state-of-the-art TripRes.com call, reservation processing, and customer service center.

Bill Goff

Bill Goff is owner and president of Anchor Development, Inc. and owner/broker of Goff Properties, LLC. Anchor Development is a multi-faceted development company. Goff Properties is a commercial real estate brokerage. Bill and his team are actively engaged in the development and marketing of various projects, including retail strip centers, office buildings and a multiple-unit tavern/gaming business.

While primarily engaged in the real estate industry for the last five years, Bill has also been involved in the funding of early stage businesses. Goff Ventures, LLC, a family-owned private equity fund, has made investments in nine companies. In addition to the financial commitment, Bill serves as a Director for two of the portfolio companies and an Advisory Board member for three other businesses.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University, where he majored in Aerospace Engineering. Bill then flew fighter aircraft in the Navy, completing two cruises aboard the aircraft carrier USS Roosevelt. After twenty-six years of active duty and reserve service, Bill retired from the Navy as a Captain in 1990.

Upon release from active duty in 1969, Bill began a thirty-two year career with Delta Air Lines. When he retired in 2001, he was the Lead Line Check Captain on MD-11 international aircraft at the Los Angeles base. Bill is currently a director of the Vegas Valley Angels. He is also an active participant in the Nevada Development Authority, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.

Ritchie N. Stevens

Ritchie N. Stevens, MD is a leading national radiation oncologist and specializes in the practice of Brachytherapy, a technique of radiation treatment for malignancies better known as "radiation implants". He was the first physician in Nevada to perform High Dose Rate (HDR) implantation for lung, head & neck, colorectal, uterine and vaginal cancers and has overseen the development of Nevada's only HDR Brachytherapy program for prostate carcinoma. Dr. Stevens has one of the most extensive practices in the United States with respect to permanent seed implantation of the prostate.

Dr. Stevens is Board Certified through the American College of Radiology (ACR) and is a member of the Southern Nevada Cancer Research Foundation (SNCRF) through which he participates with the National Cancer Institute (NCI). A long time Las Vegas resident and a leading physician in the community, Ritch brings to the board a wealth of experience and contacts that broaden 1Velocity's exposure in the community.
